Holly Hultgren is amazing to work with. She was constantly looking for great opportunities that were accustomed to me. She's understanding and punctual. And was able to work with the sellers on a more comfortable price. I'm greatful i worked with Holly, who showed me many options that would work for me and my family she was also very intuned to the homes, and knew about what should be done and what was unrepairable and worked to get it replaced as well! If I had any questions she was always able to answer or direct me in the right direction. I would recommend Holly to anyone looking for a home in the Rapid City area.
